Civil Engineering Contracts; major principles of civil engineering contracts, types of tenders, types of contract, tender table document, tender documents and contract documents. Conditions of Contract Civil Engineering; contents of the contract conditions, direction of change, addition and reduction, measurement, and verification of progress payments, certificates and additional time delay. Safety and Welfare; accidents and prevent accident for manpower, materials and machineries, costs and claims for accidents, safety laws, supervisors duties and responsibilities. Estimation, unit price and cost control, the principles of estimating, materials price and labor costs, quantity and list items measured. Practice of taking off and bill of quantities, estimating cost for completed project.
