This Testing and Commissioning (T & C) procedure aims to lay down the minimum testing and commissioning requirements to be carried out on air-conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation and central monitoring and control system installation. Such requirements are applicable to both new installations upon completion and existing ones after major alteration. This course had four main chapter included. Scope of The Testing & Commissioning Works, Tests and Inspections during Construction, Functional Performance Tests and Commissioning and Statutory Inspections.

This course covers the operational behaviour of circuit components, including resistor, capacitor, inductor, diode, transistors and up until integrated circuit (ICs). Important circuits, such as operational amplifier (op-amp) based circuits are also discussed and emphasized. An introduction to the digital concept is also covered in this course.

Antara skop di dalam kursus ini adalah Lukisan Teknikal; pengenalan kepada lukisan teknik, pandangan ortografik, lukisan isometrik, lukisan keratan, lukisan mesin. Lukisan Kejuruteraan Berbantu Komputer (CAD); pengenalan kepada lukisan berbantu komputer, lukisan kejuruteraan, lukisan geometri, lukisan keratan dan perincian. Pemodelan Komponen dan Pemasangan; penghasilan komponen, penghasilan pemasangan komponen. Pembinaan Model Permukaan dan Dokumensi; model 3D lanjutan, dokumentasi. Proses Blueprint; proses rekabentuk dan blueprint, skala, garisan, dan simbol, pelan, sudut pandangan, keratan, masalah dengan blueprint & projek.

course explains the procedures and Contract Law; general principles of contract
law, contract for building, a standard contract for the building. Tender and
Contract Documents; types and purpose, drawing and contract specifications,
list of materials, order for pre-tender, contract forms and agreement. Civil
Engineering Contracts; major principles of civil engineering contracts, types
of tenders, types of contract, tender table document, tender documents and
contract documents. Conditions of Contract Civil Engineering; contents of the contract
conditions, direction of change, addition and reduction, measurement, and
verification of progress payments, certificates and additional time delay.
Safety and Welfare; accidents and prevent accident for manpower, materials and
machineries, costs and claims for accidents, safety laws, supervisors duties
and responsibilities. Estimation, unit price and cost control, the principles
of estimating, materials price and labor costs, quantity and list items measured.
Practice of taking off and bill of quantities, estimating cost for completed
project.
